Acceptance of Terms and Conditions:

The following sets forth the terms and conditions under which Diverse and Inclusive Workplaces Solutions LLP operating under the brand name ‘Ungender Legal Advisory’, a limited liability partnership, having its registered office at 326, Block 7, Rangoli Gardens, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302027 (hereinafter referred to as ‘Ungender’ or ‘we’ or ‘our’) which expression shall unless repugnant to the context or meaning thereof shall mean and includes its affiliates, subsidiaries, successors and permitted assigns.

These Terms & Conditions of Use (‘Terms’) apply to the Ungender website located at www.ungender.in and all associated sites linked to it by Ungender (‘Site’). The Site is the property of Ungender and its licensors. BY USING THE SITE, YOU (‘User’ or ‘You’ or ‘Your’) AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE

Ungender reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check periodically. Continued use means you accept the changes. As long as you comply, Ungender grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to use the Site.

All content (text, graphics, code, logos, etc.) is owned or licensed by Ungender and protected by law. All trademarks and logos are the property of their respective owners.

Ungender may block your access without notice if you violate these Terms. You agree such a violation causes harm, and Ungender may seek legal or equitable relief.

Access may also be terminated due to:

  • User's request
  • Changes to the site or services
  • Technical issues

Ungender may recover legal costs from you if action is taken.

Extra terms may apply to purchases. If there's a conflict, purchase terms override general Terms.

Ungender may change prices or discontinue services without notice. Refunds will follow Ungender’s cancellation policy if a service is canceled.

11. GOVERNING LAW, JURISDICTION AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru.

12. SEVERANCE

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, the rest remains in effect. Invalid parts will be replaced with valid ones that match the original intent.

13. GENERAL PROVISIONS

Headings are for convenience and have no legal meaning.

Any waiver must be in writing. These Terms are the full agreement and replace all previous ones.
