 When will a company need to set up creches under Indian Maternity Benefit law?

 The Maternity Benefit Act 1961 is gender neutral in nature and sets infrastructural requirement for companies.  The law mandates that every organization which crosses the employee count of 50 will require to set up a creche facility for its employees.
